번역이 한 번에 너무 길면 잘려요

한 번에 번역 가능한 길이는 약 100자입니다. 긴 문장은 문단 단위로 나눠서 번역해 주세요. 단어장에서는 원문 그대로 저장됩니다.

일일 사용량(쿼터)은 어떻게 되나요?

계정마다 매일 정해진 횟수의 번역과 사진 인식이 가능합니다. 자정(현지 시간)에 자동으로 초기화됩니다. 정확한 잔여 횟수는 앱 화면 상단의 사용량 표시에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

음성 인식이 중국어를 못 알아들어요

마이크 버튼을 길게 누르면 인식 언어가 KO ↔ 中 으로 토글됩니다.
iOS 에서 중국어가 안 되는 경우: 설정 → 일반 → 키보드 → 받아쓰기 언어에서 중국어(간체)를 활성화해 주세요.

저장한 단어가 다른 기기에서 안 보여요

같은 계정으로 로그인하면 자동으로 동기화됩니다. 로그아웃 상태에서는 단어가 저장되지 않으니, 먼저 로그인해 주세요.

사진 번역(OCR) 결과가 정확하지 않아요

손글씨·흐릿한 사진·기울어진 사진은 인식률이 떨어집니다. 가능한 인쇄체 문자를 평평하게, 충분히 밝은 곳에서 촬영해 주세요. 인식된 텍스트는 전송 전에 직접 수정할 수 있습니다.

계정을 삭제하고 싶어요

계정 삭제는 아래 이메일로 가입 이메일과 함께 요청해 주세요. 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리되며, 단어장·번역 기록 등 모든 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다.

오프라인에서도 쓸 수 있나요?

번역과 사진 인식은 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 저장된 단어장은 오프라인에서도 열람 가능합니다.

Frequently Asked Questions

Long translations get cut off

Each request is limited to about 100 characters. Please split long text into paragraphs. Saved vocabulary keeps the original text intact.

How does the daily quota work?

Each account has a daily limit for translations and OCR. It resets automatically at local midnight. The remaining quota is shown at the top of the app screen.

Voice recognition doesn’t pick up Chinese

Long-press the mic button to toggle recognition language between KO and 中.
On iOS, if Chinese still doesn’t work: enable Settings → General → Keyboard → Dictation Languages → Chinese (Simplified).

My saved words don’t show up on another device

They sync automatically when you log in with the same account. Items aren’t saved when logged out, so please sign in first.

OCR translation isn’t accurate

Handwriting, blurry images, and tilted photos reduce accuracy. Use printed text, keep the page flat, and shoot in good lighting. You can also edit the recognized text before sending.

How do I delete my account?

Email us from your signup address to request deletion. We process requests within 7 business days; all data including vocabulary and history is permanently removed.

Does it work offline?

Translation and OCR require an internet connection. Saved vocabulary remains viewable offline.
